Practice Reporting Committee
Charge: Review practice data quarterly, perform data validation, publick reporting via CTC-RI web portal, support quarterly performance improvement and data sharing meetings with practice staff, and assist with EMR/IT issues where possible. Serve as liaison to other committees.
